Where is the ceremony and reception?
Both will be held at Barnwood Events in Madison, Wisconsin.

What will the weather be like?
September in Wisconsin can range from the mid-50s to mid-70s. We recommend bringing a light jacket for the evening. Weather permitting there will be an outdoor patio available with a firepit.

What time should I arrive to the wedding?
Please arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins. The ceremony starts promptly at 4:00 PM.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
We plan to have an outdoor ceremony (weather permitting) followed by an indoor reception.
What should I wear?
Semi-formal / cocktail attire. We encourage guests to dress comfortably while celebrating with us! If you’d like to coordinate with our wedding colors, we love jewel tones and rich fall hues, but please wear whatever you feel confident and comfortable in!
Where are you registered?
Your presence is the only gift we need! We feel very fortunate to already have what we need and are not looking to add many physical gifts to our home. If you would like to contribute, we would appreciate a cash gift that can go toward our future plans.

Where should I stay?

Is parking available at the wedding venue?
Yes, free parking is available at the venue with plenty of stalls for guests.
How will we get to the wedding venue?
Transportation to the venue will not be provided. Guests are welcome to drive, carpool with friends, or use a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft to get to the venue.
Will transportation be available after the reception?
To help our guests get back safely at the end of the night, we will be providing Uber vouchers for guests staying at the Madison Marriott West and Baymont by Wyndham Madison West. We encourage guests to coordinate and share rides with friends whenever possible!
